This is post-Katrina Uptown New Orleans in a nutshell. A house doing O.K. next to a house doing great next to a house with a FEMA trailer. Some were prepared while others weren’t. Some had severe damage while neighbors had none. I’m sure there’s some cool Bible verse about the Lord ’sweeping one away while leaving another behind’. I’m just too lazy too look it up. This is on Delachaise, lake side of St. Charles.
